Al parecer Investigadores de Estados Unidos han hallado una regi\u00f3n del cerebro que vincula el estr\u00e9s y el riesgo de sufrir un infarto: la am\u00edgdala cerebral, un marcador del estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En el estudio los investigadores afirman que <strong>el estr\u00e9s activa una serie de procesos en nuestro metabolismo<\/strong> que, a su vez, desencadenan en un incremento de la probabilidad de padecer un ictus.<\/p>\n<p>Tras la investigaci\u00f3n concluyeron que el nivel de <strong>actividad de la am\u00edgdala cerebral<\/strong> est\u00e1 <strong>asociado<\/strong> al riesgo que<strong> tiene un paciente de padecer un episodio cardiovascular<\/strong>. Por tanto, el proceso ser\u00eda el siguiente: el estr\u00e9s aumenta el nivel de actividad de la am\u00edgdala cerebral. Esto provoca que se incremente la producci\u00f3n de gl\u00f3bulos blancos y, consecuentemente, la inflamaci\u00f3n de los vasos sangu\u00edneos.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello <strong>aconsejan<\/strong> a las personas propensas a sufrir episodios cardiovasculares <strong>que adopten t\u00e9cnicas para reducir el estr\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n a un mayor riesgo de episodio cardiovascular en las personas con <strong>perfil psicol\u00f3gico tipo A<\/strong>, es decir, individuos competitivos, muy autoexigentes, apegados al trabajo y obsesionados con el \u00e9xito.    \t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desde hace tiempo se sabe que hay una relaci\u00f3n entre el cerebro y el coraz\u00f3n, pero hasta ahora no se hab\u00eda encontrado un elemento que lo relacionase.
